The Khachadourian Gallery opened in 1980 as the world’s first gallery specialising exclusively in Automobile Art. Minas Khachadourian, its founder, started collecting in the early 1970s, when the subject was still in its infancy and Simon Khachadourian joined forces with his brother in 1984, when the gallery moved to Pall Mall. Since then the gallery has established itself as the foremost expert in automotive art. The photographs in this book have been taken from the gallery’s extensive archives.
