RIJWIEL-TOERISTEN RONDRIT DOOR NEDERLAND 1917
PUBLISHED BY THE A.N.W.B.
1917 will be the year of the bicycle. Lack of petrol has driven most tourist cars and motorbikes off the road; on our waters one sees far fewer steamers. Cycling, sailing or walking remains for our tourists.
The book has a control card, ‘an overview of the control places visited’. The blue control stamps must be pasted by the participants in the corresponding boxes. In this book, all boxes (75) are provided with a control stamp, from Heemskerk, Joure, Assen, Tubbergen, Lochem, Oosterbeek, Kessel, Heusden, Weert, Breukelen, Amsterdam. The book is pasted over, complete, with beautiful black-white photos along the routes.
The book has been used, but it is in a good condition for its age. The paper is discoloured. Hard cover, Dutch text.
